About the role

We are looking for a VPS coach passionate about lean principles and continuous improvement journey to work in cross functional teams being part in all Tuve plant process, including production and supporting areas. You will have opportunity to develop improvements with production teams and participate in projects that will introduce the trucks of the future in our plant, a great opportunity for development!

Collaboration, agility, communication, and leadership skills are core values to be explored by leading improvements and coaching people. You must secure a tight relation with all Tuve EBM organization and a strong connection with other counterparts in GTO functions (local and global), as well other areas as GTT, GTP, VGRE and the Brand.

You will be driving continuous improvement side by side with cost efficiency and lean practices in all concerned plant processes. Your focus will be to help the organization to secure process performance, but innovation will be part of your daily challenges. New and more efficient ways of working are welcome! You and the teams will define and drive strategies to improve quality, efficiency, flexibility and how can bring more opportunities.  You will also develop and support the growing competence needs ahead both to yourself and the plant.

This position holder will be part of Tuve VPS team, reporting to the Director of Quality, VPS & Environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Your contribution will help in VPS Journey, going beyond gold through systematic competence development activities for all people.
• Promote and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving methodologies that drives continuous improvement culture.
• Designing, coordinating, and conducting training sessions on Leadership, Lean & VPS Culture, Concepts, tools, and improvement methodologies.
• Coaching managers and teams in lean within a constantly evolving environment.
• Drive kaizens and support the plant in the methodology
• Drive focus areas teams

Required Knowledge / Experience
