At International Färg´s production site in Gunnilse outside of Gothenburg we manufacture global world leading protective coatings for bridges, wind turbines, sport arenas and more under the brand International. International Färg has since 1998 been a part of AkzoNobel. At the site you will also find sales and marketing offices for our three business segments: Marine & Protective, Yacht Coatings and Powder Coatings for the Nordic region. What will you do?

You will be part of a team of six people, and your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving improvement projects
• Leading and continuously improving AkzoNobel processes within performance system
• Being a role model and acting as a mentor for the operators
• Compiling and analyzing data
• Identifying long-term improvement areas in production
• Compiling proposals for Capex investments
• Driving quality improvement projects

This is a permanent position with an immediate start. You will be based at our site in Gunnilse and report to the Production Manager.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we prefer that you have a university degree in chemistry or equivalent. You have experience in paints and coatings as well as lab experience, QC, or R&D.

You are a team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks. You enjoy problem-solving, have good communication skills, and possess good computer and system knowledge.
