We are looking for experienced electronics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineers to join our team at ALTEN and develop within the automotive industry. Here, you’ll work on exciting projects, take ownership of your components, and collaborate with both customers and suppliers. Type of responsibilities

• Initiate and develop design and systems concepts to meet project objectives

• Develop the product in collaboration with suppliers and customers

• Coordinate cross-functional work to ensure product quality, delivery, product cost and smooth integration of systems

• Create, modify, and release product documentation

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the systems and propose solutions

• Secure testing and validation of the system to ensure compliance with industry standards

Who you are

You have a broad knowledge and experience of developing electronics and writing technical requirements. You feel comfortable of owning and taking responsibility of your components and do so proactively and learn quickly. You have the right attitude when facing new issues. You are curious, positive, proactive and want to work in the automotive business!

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry

• Technical requirements and specifications

• Experience in mechatronic system design

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English - Swedish is meritorious
