In this diverse position, as the Development Engineer, you will participate in product and process development, validation tasks, and daily troubleshooting, relying on your full range of abilities.

Your responsibilities

• Develop processes and products to meet customers' and company requirements.
• Validate, qualify, and document both existing and new equipment.
• Perform data analytics, identifying critical parameters, lead time, and efficiency.
• Drive LEAN/Six Sigma Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Act as the technical counterpart to internal and external customers, transforming their needs into efficient and reliable processes meeting high-quality standards.
• Be involved in project management, including specifying, installing, and qualifying at GMP level.
• Run projects, coordinate contractors, and conduct design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, Technical subject area, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in the mentioned fields will also be considered.
• Project management and LEAN programs will be seen as a merit.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools like project plans, cost control, risk management, and prioritization based on different parameters.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with all levels in the organization from operators to site leadership.
• Experienced in applying LEAN tools like visual management, data analysis, and process mapping.
