Job Description

As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will be the link between technology, sales, and support. You will work with customers across the Nordic region, understanding their technical needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. At our application lab in Järfälla, Sweden, you will conduct tests, present results, and provide technical support to customer and our sales team. You will also have to chance to contribute to further developing our application lab with new equipment’s and test procedures.

Your Task:

Inside Sales

• Manage inquiries and identify new business opportunities across the Nordics.
• Prepare quotes and technical specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond to technical questions.
• Manage your own projects where you prepare quotations, technical documentation and proposals and supply to the customer
• Occasionally travel to customer sites and exhibitions/seminars.

Application & Technical Support

• Perform test and evaluation measurements at Micro-Epsilon Sensotest facilities
• Be the first line of technical support for customer questions.
• Further developing application lab at Micro-Epsilon Sensotest facilities

Your Profile:

• Technical education in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or automation
• Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or support, preferably in sensors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proactive, self-driven, and fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are a plus).
• Strong time management skill
• Work as an individual and as part of multi-disciplinary team
• Willing to travel occasionally within the Nordic region.
