Your Role

Are you an experienced project manager who thrives on structure, analysis, and scheduling? Do you want a key role in some of the most exciting and technically advanced projects within Special Mission and Regional Aircraft, such as GlobalEye and Saab 340/2000 AEW&C? Then this could be the role for you!

Our projects are a complex mix of aircraft design, production/procurement, modification and flight test, with a high degree of collaboration both within and outside of Saab, combined with clear customer expectations regarding on-time delivery. In this position, your sole focus will be project planning and scheduling - you will not have your own team or budget responsibility, but will support the main and sub-project managers, ensuring that the project is well structured, planned and scheduled from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with main and sub-project managers to plan and structure all aspects of the project.
• Creating, analyzing, and updating project schedules at various levels.
• Conducting impact analyses in case of plan changes and preparing decision-making materials.
• Communicating status updates and developments to project stakeholders.
• Supporting the development of project and planning methodologies within SMRA.

You will be part of the Aftermarket & Planning section, a key player in the SMRA PMO, where we work together to deliver successful projects of the highest quality.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a project manager but now wants to focus entirely on the project scheduling tasks.
• Is proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Antura.
• Has strong language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We highly value a technical background, either through education or work experience.
