Are you looking for a stimulating and challenging job at the forefront of technology in a fast-growing market and organisation? We are now hiring a Production Engineer to work with digitalization, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Operator Guidance Hardware and Software, and new tools in Production to make sure our factory are equipped to meet the future of manufacturing.

You will be responsible to conduct production development and investment projects mainly with new technology. In your role, you become a natural digital leader in the organization. The role is organized in the production development department in the operations organization with large cross-functional collaboration within the business unit and with external suppliers.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in our factories with high focus on digitalization, automation and system development.
• Lead production development projects, with a high focus on visualization, digitalization, automation and system development.
• Contribute in ongoing projects and strategic initiatives, close to the production development team and contributing to better productivity and production capacity in our factory.
• Educate yourself in new digital tools, conducting benchmarks and keeping yourself up-to-date on the latest developments and trends within Digitalization, Automation, and Production development technologies.

Your background

• First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success! You have great self-drive, never doubt acting and continuously seek knowledge and answers combined with great communication skill.
• You are interested and passionate about technology, digitalization, new tools and system development.
• You have adequate technical background from working in industry minimum 5 years and/or an academic engineering degree or computer science degree.
• It is advantageous to have experience from working with Connected machinery and equipment, automation, system development, power apps, visualization, and digitalization.
• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Swedish is meritorious.
