Job Summary

Plant Automation Centre of Expertise, Plant Integration Support within PS&E Automation & Solutions is responsible for Roll-out, support, issue handling and training on the System Infrastructure product portfolio. (HW, Networks, Connectivity, Virtualization and Remote Support tools) for our Regions, Project Centre’s & Business Sectors.

Our role is to support our automation & digital organization worldwide to deliver System Infrastructure to customers more efficiently, with world class capabilities and quality.

You now have a chance to be a member of the team as Global A&D System Infrastructure Expert and drive support, deployment and issue resolution with a global perspective in the automation & digital area.

The position is permanent and preferably based in Modena, but other Tetra Pak locations could be considered. Some travel, approx.10% is expected to support our global organisation.

What you will do

As our Global A&D System Infrastructure Expert you will be part of a team of experts with specific focus on support and deployment activities within the Automation and Digital area.

In this role you have the possibility to combine your technical, coaching, strategic and people management skills. You will also learn more about the full value chain in automation & digital from an idea to customer deliveries and how to prepare our global organization for world-class automation & digital deliveries.

• Drive development and deployment of Tetra Pak standards and technologies related to System Infrastructure area globally.
• Ensure that Tetra Pak A&D implementation and support organizations have the right level of knowledge and competence in the System Infrastructure area, including related technologies, by providing best practice through coaching and support.
• Drive development and deployment of system engineering standards (guides, templates) and tools, continuously improve processes, procedures, standards and tools together with associated training material and deliver training to end users.
• Create and drive internal Tetra Pak networks and benchmarks including performing maturity assessments to facilitate capability development.
• Represent Tetra Pak on relevant competence subject matter, e.g. customers, suppliers or external entities/authorities, conferences, universities
• Maintain knowledge about existing and upcoming external standards and regulations.
• Benchmark procedures, standards and tools with external and/or internal best practices.
• Provide support to the business and drive IR in the area of expertise.

Lead A&S System Infrastructure Global network and the System Infrastructure specialists' team in Plant Integration Support.

To be successful in this position you have a university degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of experience working with system infrastructure.

You have working experience from several of the following technologies and tools:

• Extensive experience in industrial operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or UNIX.
• Extensive experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Extensive experience in Connectivity and Remote Support applications
• Extensive experience in Connectivity and Remote Support applications.
• Extensive experience of industrial networks, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and routing protocols.
• Extensive experience in applying IT solutions in an industrial environment.
• Experience from coordinating/leading activities in a smaller group (up to 5 persons)

You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written language. Other languages are considered as a merit.
