Our client, Est Populo, are now looking for a Data Engineer who’s excited to help us push the boundaries of marketing analytics. You’ll play a key role in the development of our Marketing Tech Tool—an innovative product that’s set to redefine how brands approach marketing insights and data.

At Est Populo, we do things differently. We’re a team of about 15 specialists in Growth & Performance—covering everything from Paid Search and Paid Social to CRM, UGC, and Influencer Marketing, as well as building our own SaaS tools. Our mission is simple: connect top-tier Performance Marketing with real Business Revenue and Growth.

What you’ll do

As a Data Engineer at Est Populo, you’ll be at the heart of our tech innovation efforts. You’ll:

• Help build and maintain data pipelines and systems that power our Marketing Tech Tool.
• Collaborate with marketing experts, engineers, and data scientists to develop high-impact solutions.
• Work with cutting-edge data tools to provide actionable insights for our marketing projects.
• Ensure data integrity, ensuring it’s clean, accessible, and ready for analysis.

Who we’re looking for

We want a Data Engineer who’s not only technically strong but also entrepreneurial, proactive, and ready to learn. You’ll bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You're proactive, take initiative, and always looking for new challenges.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery and other cloud-based tools.
• A passion for data science and a solid foundation in data analytics.
• Fluency in English, as that’s our main working language.

Nice to have: Previous experience in Marketing and E-commerce, though not required.
