Do you want to play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and optimized asset and execution functions within a thriving and globally expanding team? As the Sr. Manager – Head of Asset and Execution at NKT, you will oversee critical functions such as warehouse management, resource management, and training within the Northern Europe region. Boost efficiency and quality in asset management

 In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the functions under your leadership are set up and functioning efficiently to support our priorities, with the functions being:

• Warehouse management with a focus on safe warehouse operations, efficiency in way of working, quality, and optimization.
• Resource management (which incl. management of our Jointer workforce) with focus on meeting NKT’s standards for safety and quality while ensuring a high level of engagement, a collaborative and solution oriented mindset at all levels
• Ensure high-quality training within the department and facility.
• Size the Jointer pool to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Act as a role model for corporate shared beliefs and cost-consciousness.

You will report to the VP, Head of S&I onshore Northern Europe, and be based in Karlskrona. Travel is generally not expected.

Skilled manager with a problem-solving attitude

 We are looking for a capable manager with a collaborative and respectful approach. You should have a solutions-oriented approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage various stakeholders and projects simultaneously. You also have:

• Relevant business or operational education/technical knowledge.
• Electrical knowledge or education is beneficial but not a requirement
• Technical work experience from the energy or relevant industry is beneficial
• Project management experience and mindset.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish is highly desirable for effective collaboration and communication within the team and with local stakeholders.
