About the Role

As a CAE Engineer, you will play a critical role in using simulation tools to drive innovation and efficiency in product development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions in line with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and refine simulation models to predict product performance under various conditions.
• Perform detailed analyses using advanced CAE tools to support design and development objectives.
• Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to interpret results and optimize solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to present findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to improving workflows, processes, and methodologies for CAE applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mechanics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CAE tools (e.g., LS-Dyna, ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of structural mechanics, dynamics, or other relevant areas.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) to automate tasks or improve processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Catia, SolidWorks) and PLM systems.
