Are you a skilled and innovative professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment? Alimak Group Sweden is seeking a Process Developer to join our team and drive operational excellence.

You will be a part of Alimak Group Sweden, a world leading provider of vertical access solutions for professional use. We are looking for a process developer, the position in based in Skellefteå and will work primarily with the factory in Sweden. It also includes collaboration globally with other Alimak Group factories around the world.

Job Summary

You are functionally reporting to the Head of Sourcing.

As a Process Developer at Alimak Group Sweden, you will:

• Design and develop processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce variability, and improve process capability.
• Evaluate and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and implement operational improvements from development to successful commercialization.
• Research and integrate new technologies to boost efficiency and innovation.
• Drive process improvement projects to enhance productivity, decrease costs, and improve performance.
• Ensure alignment of business and operational processes with corporate goals.
• Identify and troubleshoot process related issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Map and document processes to set out paths for desired future states.

Requirements and Experience

Who are you?

• Hold a master’s degree in science, engineering, technology, IT, economics or other relevant field(s) or equivalent experience obtained via work of at least 5 years.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
• Superior analytical skills, and business-driven, with a strong desire of personal growth.
• Are team player but also able to take initiative and work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and written, is mandatory.
• Ability to manage your own work and take actions in line with defined targets
• Are passionate about working with operational data-driven excellence, using insights to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Proficiency in common IT software such as the Office package and systems like ERP, Power BI, PDM, and PLSQL developer is preferred but not mandatory.
