About the position

On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Template Engineer. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and is driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. You will be working from the office that is located in Södertälje, with the possibility to work remotely a couple of days a week.

Your daily tasks

As a Template Engineer, you will be a part of the company’s layout team. In this role your daily tasks involve developing and refining templates for general design, plastic, sheet metal, castings, and media routing. Collaboration with designers and engineers is crucial to ensure templates meet all technical specifications and design standards. Regular documentation and reporting keep the projects on track, while continuous learning enhances skills relevant to these specialized areas.

Your characteristics

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a goal-oriented person who can prioritize your work. You work in a well-structured manner, and you also put a lot of effort into a good collaboration with your colleagues. Proficiency in English is essential, and good knowledge in Swedish or Chinese is a plus. Personal integrity and courage are valuable personal qualities, as well as a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering
• Fluent in English
• Extensive knowledge of test vehicle process and/or experience/knowledge of process for building test vehicle
• Knowledge of CATIA, ENOVIA and OAS

Meritorious

• Proficiency in Swedish and/or Chinese
• Knowledge of TestIt etc.

Contract type and hours

1-year full-time consulting assignment. Start asap.
