Project Manager, Secure Power Division

The ongoing digital transformation in the IT industry is having a major impact on the technology platforms needed, particularly affecting the Data Centre platform that underpins many of Schneider Electric’s customer businesses. We are looking for a Project Manager to support Schneider Electric’s drive towards solutions business for the Secure Power division in the Nordics.

In this exciting position, you will assist with a mix of Edge and medium-scale, high-complexity customer projects. Your involvement will span from the initiation of the project, through designing, planning, and installation, all the way to the commissioning of customer projects.

The role will be based at our Stockholm office in Sweden, with travel to sites across the country and the Nordics.

What will you do?

• Assist in developing project plans and associated documents for project management and control.
• Support customer satisfaction and financial performance on the projects.
• Help manage relationships with customers and third parties within the project scope.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including work package control.
• Participate in risk management and cost control activities.
• Coordinate procurement efforts.
• Support the project team in managing and completing job processes.
• Assist technical and pre-sales teams, and provide guidance to site installation teams during project phases.
• Help validate project statements of work and contract terms with customers.
• Contribute to developing FAT, SAT, and site logistics procedures that meet third-party and customer needs.
• Engage with internal manufacturing and third-party vendors.

What will make you successful?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering; an additional Business degree would be a plus.
• Relevant work experience or internships in project management within Construction or Engineering.
• Ability to build good customer relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments.
• Experience with Data Center-related projects would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with rules and regulations applicable to the construction industry, especially electrical-related (Busbars, switch gears, UPS, etc.), is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is beneficial.
