About the job

In your future role as Senior Researcher you will

• Identify project needs, organize and execute projects, and report results
• Develop new technologies linked to market trends and customer needs, and initiate RD&I projects
• Discover and improve research methods using scientific equipment
• Generate and protect IP applications, analyze third-party IP, and respond to Examiner actions
• Formulate, present, and advise on solution directions
• Understand products, solutions, and technologies in your field
• Apply knowledge of future trends to develop and improve technologies
• Prepare and present information for customer activities
• Mentor and train colleagues to build expertise

Maintain a safe and clean work environment with minimal safety incidents

We believe you bring

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry or related field
• More than five years of experience in Industrial & Institutional and/or Household cleaning products formulation and development
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the technical and business networks 

Possibility to travel 15-20 %

An individual that enjoys hands-on laboratory work. Moreover, you have a high customer focus, and you also possess the ability to work efficiently. Furthermore, you know how to prioritize in your daily work together with others.
