Job Title: QA Specialist - Product Quality

Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)

Job Description

Are you an experienced QA Specialist ready to make an impact? At Galderma, you'll play a key role in ensuring the release of high-quality medical devices and pharmaceuticals. This position involves overseeing compliance, managing quality processes, and driving continuous improvements. Join us as we expand our operations in Uppsala, contributing to innovations while collaborating with a dedicated and passionate team in a growing, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards, ISO regulations, and internal quality policies.
• Review and approve documents, including investigations, deviations, CAPA, EC, and CC.
• Release products in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously improve quality assurance processes, contributing to system efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide quality guidance and influence quality culture.
• Manage projects and support process design and improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and mentoring to colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the life sciences industry.
• Some years of experience in GMP environments and QA roles.
• Advanced knowledge of GMP (EudraLex, QSR 21 CFR 210/211 and other relevant standards).
• Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and implement process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and compliance.
