About the Role

As a Control & Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in developing advanced automation solutions. You’ll work with programming, configuration, and optimization of control systems to ensure efficient and stable production processes. This assignment offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment where technology and sustainability go hand in hand.

This is a 6-month consulting assignment via Wrknest, with a strong possibility of extension and permanent employment.

You will be involved in both strategic and hands-on work to enhance and improve automation systems within production. Your tasks will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing control and automation solutions.
• Programming PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation systems.
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Documenting and providing technical support for automation solutions.

You have a background in automation, mechatronics, or a related technical field, with experience working with control systems, preferably in industrial automation. You have experience in PLC programming and SCADA systems. We see Electrical design as a great advantage.
