About the role

As a Compliance and Test Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that hardware products meet compliance standards and exceed customer expectations. Here´s what you´ll be responsible for:

• Compliance Testing: Coordinate, execute, and support testing activities across EMC, climatic, mechanical, safety, and electrical domains.
• Certification Coordination: Act as the primary contact for external test and certification institutes.
• Regulatory Expertise: Drive knowledge of new regulatory requirements, monitor changes, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Process Improvement: Develop and refine testing procedures and compliance processes for greater efficiency.

You´ll work closely with hardware designers, project managers, and R&D teams to uphold the highest standards in hardware testing and compliance.

About You

We´re looking for someone with a strong interest and expertise in electronics certification, coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at interpreting technical standards.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in navigating and interpreting technical standards, including EU CE marking processes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety concepts, EMC/RF standards, and environmental requirements.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Meritorious

• Experience in an engineering regulatory compliance role.
• Hands-on experience guiding products through certification processes.
• Knowledge of Swedish (written and spoken).
• Driver´s license B
• Access to car
